Wow this place is awesome. Great food so flavorful, hot, and fast. Staff was super friendly, service was so good we never even knew we needed refills. Can't wait to come here again. What a find.

Food was exceptional and fast. I ordered the burrito loco and it came out hot, queso was creamy. I normally don't eat the beans but Pulque's tasted fantastic!

If you’re craving authentic Mexican food that hits all the right notes, this is the place! The atmosphere is warm and inviting, the staff is friendly and attentive, and the food is amazing. The shrimp enchiladas (enchiladas de camarón) are hands-down the best I’ve ever had. Two cheesy enchiladas topped with a creamy corn and shrimp mixture, with a side of rice, and Mexican salad. Every bite was packed with flavor, and the portion size was generous without being overwhelming. And don’t even get me started on the chimichangas! Crispy on the outside, tender and savory on the inside. Each one is cooked to perfection and topped with all the right fixings. We first visited back in February and have been coming back weekly ever since—it’s that good.

We took a friend who wanted Mexican food out to dinner. None of us had been to this particular restaurant before. Based on the reviews, we chose this one—and we were not disappointed. Landon our server greeted us as we entered. He provided great service throughout the meal. The food was served quick and hot. (The veggie nachos were delicious!) The portions were quite filling, with some of us having to take some home. The atmosphere was friendly and relaxing. We were all very pleased and will definitely be back when in the area! Kudos!

I've heard about Pulque for a few years now and although I don't think I'll ever get over the replacement of Smokey Duck or Slam burger, I was very surprised by how good this place was. Clean tables, nice atmosphere, friendly service, and quick chip replenishment (). The flavors were good, and the steak on the carne asada was fresh, however I would have liked a bit more seasoning. The salsa and warm homemade chips were good, a bit spicy on the salsa but I'm a lightweight, so I can't complaint. Salsa Verde was delicious!

They are amazing here and accommodate my food allergies so well. I haven't been able to eat out at Mexican in years! Thank you for always serving us with a smile and treating us like old friends. I used to work at Selena's Mexican cafe and this is the closest I found to that place!

We decided to try Pulque on a weekend out... and were NOT disappointed. The servings were generous and the food taste and quality was amazing and filling. The staff was friendly and courteous.
